Joelle Martinez is a senior
consultant at Stratton & Associates. She provides political, public
affairs, communication and business consulting services to a variety of
local, regional and national clients. She specializes in Hispanic strategic
development and implementation.
Joelle began working in the political arena in 1990s. Most recently Joelle
served as the Western Region Director for Communities United to Strengthen
America, a national issue advocacy organization working on key economic
issues. Prior to joining Communities United, Joelle worked with the DNC,
DCCC and LCLAA on national campaign efforts. She has also developed and
implemented national Hispanic voter outreach efforts for a variety of
campaigns and national organizations.
Joelle also has a strong background in communications and public relations.
She was the Communications Director for the Colorado Democratic Party
and has provided small, medium and large size companies media and public
relations services.
Joelle has also worked in the private sector. She served as Senior Financial
Representative for a large national corporation. She specialized in small
business lending and small business development. She continues to work
with small and medium size businesses to implement strategies to improve
their bottom line and overall effectiveness in the marketplace.
Joelle is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. While at
the CU, Joelle was the recipient of several awards and was a founding
member of the Minority Arts and Science Honors Program. She lives in Denver,
Colorado.
